Expired Session

Symptom: An "Expired Session" message appears unexpectedly, causing your account to log off.

Solution: Session expiration can be caused when your PC's date or time is not correct.

  1. Please verify that your date, time, and time zone settings are correct. Double-click on the clock (if it is displayed in your status bar), or go to Start | Settings | Control Panel and select Date/Time.

  2. Next, verify that your browser is set to accept cookies. Open Internet Explorer. Go to Tools | Internet Options and on the Privacy tab, make sure the setting is at Low or Accept All Cookies. Next, go to the General tab and click on the Delete Files button. Make sure to check the Delete all off-line content option and click OK. Close Internet Explorer and reopen. Log back into FutureSource Xtra.
