Symptom: You open a Browser window (for example, to access your online trading application), and get a "Save Changes" message. If you continue (answering Yes or No to "Save Changes"), your FutureSource Xtra application is disconnected.

Solution: This is caused by a setting in Internet Explorer to reuse browser windows. To correct the problem and prevent future disconnections of your FutureSource Xtra application follow these steps:
Open Internet Explorer.
From the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
Open the Advanced tab.
Under the Browsing section, make sure the field "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts" is UNCHECKED.
Click OK to save your changes.
To have this change take affect, you must close Internet Explorer, and reopen it before launching the Xtra application.
