Symptom: Your workspace displays blank charts, quotes, or news windows, or you are experiencing other problems in the application that have worked in the past.
Solution: Almost all web browsers maintain a local copy of web pages and other related items on your disk or memory to speedup reloading of previously visited pages from the Internet. This time saver (cache) may get bigger and slower over long periods of time. Clearing your cache and deleting
Open Internet Explorer. At the top in the menu
bar (File, Edit, Tools etc.), click Tools,
then select Internet Options.
This brings up a dialog box with tabs across the top (General, Security,
Content, .......)
Open the General tab, the look for Temporary Internet Files section.
Click Delete Files, then (if it appears), check off Delete all offline content, then click OK.
In the Temporary Internet Files section, click Delete Cookies.
Click OK again, and this should clear all cached pages.
