Add a Price Alert

1. Open a quotes window, and add the symbol which you want to set an alert for to the quote board.

2. Position your cursor on the row that contains the symbol, and right-click to display the context menu.

3. Select Alerts, then select Add Alert.
   
   
   
   Result: The Add Alert dialog box is displayed, showing the symbol you selected.

4. Using the Field drop-down list, select the field that you wish to monitor:
   
   
   
   Result: The Current Value of the field you select is displayed.

5. Using the Direction drop-down list, select the operational value you wish to apply to the alert: At or Above (>=) or At or Below (<=).

6. Using the Target Value field, enter the value at which the alert should be triggered. (The Target Value you enter is compared against the Field Value you selected using the Direction. When the condition is met, the alert is triggered.)
