To contact the Support Group via Email
From the Help
menu, select Contact Support.
Result: A dialog box is presented, with the Name and email
address which is listed on file for your account. If the name and/or email
address is incorrect, please modify your Account Information.
Select the nature of your question from the drop-down list provided.
Type your question, then click Send Message.
