Exchange Fees: There are NO hidden costs or administration fees involved with your subscription package. The monthly subscription amount, along with any real-time or delayed exchange fees you select, will be the only fee charged to your account. For News Only subscribers, all news services you select will be a separate charge. For the North America package exchange fees, click here. For the International package exchange fees, click here.
Xtra North America and International users may also upgrade your news package to one of our Real-Time News Services.
Prorated Fees: As a courtesy to our users who have previously used our 14-Day Trial, the package fee is prorated (except in the case of exchange fees) and you can cancel at anytime with no further obligation! For all new users, monthly exchange fees cannot be prorated under any circumstance. If you choose to start receiving real-time exchange data in the current month, you will be charged the full exchange fee amount regardless of how many days are remaining in the current month. For example, if you register on August 28th, you will be billed for the exchange fee for the entire month of August. This is a restriction imposed by the exchanges. With this in mind, we have given you the opportunity to select a start date to begin receiving real-time exchange data. If you want to avoid full exchange fees for partial month usage, you can select a start date at the beginning of the following month.
