The FutureSource Xtra application can be configured to automatically save or discard any changes you make to your Workspaces and Windows upon exit. It may also be configured to ask you whether or not you wish to confirm delete actions (just as deletion of workspaces).
These prompts are set in your Account Preferences.
To Change Account Preferences
From the Utilities menu, select Preferences.
Under the Prompts section, select your desired options.
Application exit prompts:
"Always" will ask you whether you wish to save changes each time you exit the application.
"Never" will automatically discard changes to your workspaces and windows when you exit. The next time you log in, the application will revert to the last saved workspace and window configuration.
"Save" will automatically save all changes to your workspaces and windows.
All other action prompts: (refers specifically to deletion of workspaces)
"Always" will ask you to confirm that you wish to delete a workspace.
"Never" will automatically delete the selected workspace upon execution of that action.
