My Free 14-Day Trial Has Expired. Now What?
If you were using the site as a demo user and your free 14-day trial period has expired, you can easily activate your account to continue receiving all your subscriber benefits. You may even change your subscription package, keeping the same username and password assigned during your demo period.
To reactivate your account, simply attempt to login with your existing DEMO username and password. As long as your demo account is still in our database, you will arrive at an 'account expired' screen.
Follow the prompts on the screen to update your subscription by selecting one of the available subscription packages. You will be required to provide a valid credit card number at the time of registration, as this information was not required when you first signed up for your demo. Billing for your subscription will start immediately. The product component of your subscription is automatically pro-rated, based on the day that you activate your subscription. However, if you select any real-time exchanges with an immediate start date, you will be charged for the full monthly exchange fee, regardless of the number of days left in the current month (this is an exchange restriction). With this in mind, we have given you the opportunity to select a next-month start date to begin receiving real-time exchange data. If you want to avoid full exchange fees for partial month usage, you can select this later start date.
Upon successful registration, you are able to login and use your account.
