Change Your Subscription Package, News Services or Exchanges

You may change the subscription package to which you are subscribed at any time. You may also add or delete exchanges from which you receive real-time or delayed data by modifying your subscription. Please note our Billing Policy regarding additions, upgrades and downgrades to your subscription.

To change your subscription package

1. From the Edit menu, select My Account.

2. Click View / Update Subscription.
   
   

3. Click modify to the right of your Current Subscription package:
   
   

4. Select the desired package from the list shown.

5. Click Confirm Changes.

To change your Real-Time News Services:

1. From the Edit menu, select My Account.

2. Click View / Update Subscription.

3. Click modify to the right of your News Services:
   
   

4. Select the desired news services from the list shown.

5. Click Confirm Changes.

To change your Exchanges:

1. From the Edit menu, select My Account.

2. Click View / Update Subscription.

3. Click modify to the right of your Exchange Data:
   
   Note: Exchange fees may not be prorated, so you must also select a start date. If you choose to start in the current month, you will be charged the full amount regardless of how many days are remaining in the current month.
   
   

4. Select the desired Real-Time Exchanges from the list shown.

5. Click Confirm Changes.
