Your subscription to FutureSource Xtra is automatically billed each month to the credit card you provide during registration. If your account has expired, or if there is a problem at the beginning of the billing cycle with processing the credit card you have provided, you will receive an error regarding your account status when attempting to log in. If this should occur, you should check your Account Status, then take the necessary steps to correct the problem that prevented the billing of your account.
To Verify Your Account Status
From the View menu, select Account Status.
If needed, click the Account Administration link to update your account information.
Click Finish when done.
