Operating System
fsXtra Platinum from Traders International requires a PC running Microsoft® Windows® 98, 2000, NT, or XP. These operating systems can be found at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/. Some versions of these operating systems may require Service Packs which can be found at Windows® Update.

Browser
In order to function properly, fsXtra Platinum from Traders International must be run on Internet Explorer 5.5 or greater. Internet Explorer can be downloaded and installed from http://www.microsoft.com/ie/ or from Windows® Update.

Cookies
In order to fully experience the power of fsXtra Platinum from Traders International the use of cookies is required. To ensure that you can accept cookies please follow the instructions given below:

Internet Explorer 5.5

1. From your menu bar choose Tools -> Internet Options.
2. Click on the "Security" tab.
3. Choose either Medium, Medium-Low, or Low for security settings. We suggest that you choose Medium security.
4. If you do not feel comfortable with Medium security settings and would like to use High security settings you will need to click the "Custom Level" button and enable "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per session cookies".

Internet Explorer 6.0

1. From your menu bar choose Tools -> Internet Options.
2. Click on the "Privacy" tab.
3. Please ensure that you are set at a Medium Privacy level. You may have to click on the "Default" button to show the privacy slider bar again.

Java Virtual Machine
fsXtra Platinum from Traders International utilizes Java Applets to give you the best Quote and Charting experience. You will need to download and install Sun Java® Virtual Machine vs. 1.4.2.

If you currently have Sun Java® Virtual Machine 1.5 installed, you need to uninstall this JVM and reinstall version 1.4.2. as our developers are working on a compatibility issue with version 1.5. To uninstall JVM 1.5:

1. Open the Control Panel, select Add or Remove Programs, and remove Java 2 Runtime Environment SE vs. 1.5.
2. Download and install Sun Java Virtual Machine version 1.42_07.
3. Once downloaded, run the installation program.

Monitor Display
fsXtra Platinum from Traders International requires at least a 256 color display.

Internet Connection
fsXtra Platinum from Traders International requires a 128K internet connection. Broadband connections (DSL, Cable, T1) will improve application performance.

Memory
fsXtra Platinum from Traders International requires at least 128MB RAM.

Processor
fsXtra Platinum from Traders International requires a Pentium II 350MHz or greater for optimal performance.
